Scope: Nexyline provides an aggregated business directory. Listings are sourced from public records and provided without warranty. We hold no affiliation with listed businesses. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

AI Transparency: We use AI systems for recommendations and customer support. Interactions with AI chatbots are clearly labeled. All AI-generated content (text, images, media) is explicitly labeled as artificial at the point of first exposure. Users are responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content they submit to our platform.

Liability: Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, alongside non-excludable statutory liability under German law. Telephone customer support is provided at no additional cost.

Withdrawal: For distance contracts, we provide a 'Withdrawal' button. Clicking this initiates the process; you must confirm the cancellation on the following page. This page is strictly limited to the cancellation process, free from marketing or retention offers.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Requests for listing corrections or removals must be directed to mail@press-sensation.de.
