SCOPE: Nexyline is a directory for AI receptionists/answering services. Listings are aggregated from public sources and provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or currentness.

NO ENDORSEMENT: We have no affiliation with listed businesses. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nexyline does not endorse any specific provider.

ACCEPTABLE USE: Users must not misuse the directory. AI systems are used for service optimization; content generated by AI is clearly labeled.

LIABILITY: We are liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and for breaches of essential contractual duties. Liability for simple negligence is excluded unless it involves a breach of essential contractual duties.

LISTING CORRECTIONS: Business owners may request corrections or removal of their listing by contacting mail@press-sensation.de.

DATA ACT: Users retain rights to access and portability of data generated via connected products processed by our systems.

GOVERNING LAW: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. The venue for all disputes is Germany.

CANCELLATION: Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal using our electronic 'Cancel Contract' button. Following the 'Confirm Cancellation' step, a durable confirmation will be provided.
