PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES: Server logs/hosting are processed based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security). Contact inquiries are processed under Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Analytics and non-essential cookies are processed only upon your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

DIRECTORY DATA: We process business listing data, which may include personal data of sole traders or named contacts, sourced from publicly available business sources. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in providing a comprehensive directory). You may exercise your rights to object, rectify, or erase your data at any time via mail@press-sensation.de.

AI SYSTEMS: We may use AI systems for content generation or user interaction. You will be informed when interacting with an AI system, and AI-generated content will be clearly labeled as such.

DATA ACT: Regarding data from connected products, users have the right to access and port their data as provided under the Data Act.

RECIPIENTS AND RETENTION: Data is hosted by Cloudflare (EU). Data is retained only as long as necessary for the specified purposes or as required by law. We do not transfer data to third countries.

YOUR RIGHTS: You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

CANCELLATION: To cancel a contract, use our electronic 'Cancel Contract' button. Upon clicking 'Confirm Cancellation', you will receive an immediate, durable confirmation of receipt.
