Purpose and Legal Basis: We process server logs for security based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contact inquiries are processed based on necessity for contract performance or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Analytics and non-essential cookies are processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). AI systems (chatbots/recommendation engines) may process interaction data; we disclose such interactions at the point of contact. We do not use AI for emotion recognition or biometric categorization.

Directory Data: We process business listing data, which may include personal data of sole traders or named contacts, sourced from publicly available business records. This is performed under our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to provide a comprehensive business directory. Data subjects have the right to object to this processing or request rectification/erasure via mail@press-sensation.de.

Recipients and Retention: Data is hosted at a secure EU data centre. We retain data only as long as necessary for the specified purposes.

Your Rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability. You have the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) to processing based on legitimate interests and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Data Act and Anonymization: We provide data access rights as required by the Data Act for connected services. We do not claim data is 'anonymous' if re-identification remains possible; we treat such data as pseudonymized.
